The projects at Poes Road & Thiruvanmiyur cater to the needs of the middle class whereas the project at lnjambakkam is intended for the niche segment
The completed projects account an extent of around 25,000 sq ft of built-up area. The company has also acquired 4 acres of land in Zamin Pallavaram with an eye on developing a residential complex to cater to the needs of the middle class
Having completed the flat promotion projects to the entire satisfaction of all its customers, the company is all set to foray into the ever growing market of Star Hotels close to the heritage temple town of Mahabalipuram, about 40 Kms from Chennai on the East Coast Road

The company incorporated in the year 2009-10 has focussed in developing Beach Resorts and in the process has acquired 38 acres of Land at Vadapattinam village, near Mahabalipuram, on the East Coast Road, Chennai
The project is on the fast track and the company is in the process of obtaining various approvals and permissions for the Beach Resort. The project is expected to be completed in the year 2018
The project will be developed in collaboration with International agencies/experts to ensure that the project will be in the map of international tourism
