Dr Ishari K.Ganesh has participated in many Kabaddi tournaments and is interested in playing Volleyball and lawn tennis. His interest in sports widened his perspective on developing sports talents. He launched the prestigious “VELS CUP” in the year 2008 for which more than 121 institutions in India compete every year playing 8 games including Kabaddi, Volleyball and Throwball.
Dr Ishari K. Ganesh also co-owns a tennis team named “V Chennai Warriors” partnering with the dance legend of India, Mr Prabhudeva. The team participates in international tennis leagues starting with the Champions Tennis League organized by Vijay Amritraj.
